you can never go home? as if!

every time i go home to atlanta, people ask , "is it weird to be back?"  truthfully, the only moments of weirdness are the initial few - mainly because the trees are bigger than my condo building in vegas.  when you're surrounded by sand on a daily basis, an oak tree can be as entertaining as disney world...

also entertaining?  the best art show and street festival in georgia - the inman park festival!  while i lived in atlanta this show was my absolute favorite to participate in, as it is well organized and the setting is perfect:  nestled among some of the city's oldest homes.  in honor of atlanta's first official festival of spring, i'm shining the spotlight on two of my favorite artists, both participating in this year's extravaganza...

love your mama bath + body was born in the kitchen of mizz emilie sennebogen's silverlake apartment, during her 8 year stint in los angeles as a film industry freelancer.  she swears the minute she made oil and water combine, she was hooked.  her chap sticks are the bomb, and her neighborhood soaps make fantastic gifts!

lush design's mizz julia daniel meticulously handcrafts simple, wearable pieces with her own extra special signature touch. i wear my sentiment ring that says "patience" every single day - sometimes just reading that one word can totally change my attitude. my go-to earrings whenever i'm feeling a little fancy are her teardrop chandeliers...i get compliments on them every time i wear them!

happy festival-ing!
